32 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients had to meet at least two of the following criteria: 1. aged >40 years; 2. a history of ovarian surgery; 3. previous treatment using conventional protocols that yielded less than 3 oocytes; 4. antral follicle count of less than 5 on menstrual cycle day 2-3; 5. basal serum FSH concentration between 10 and 19 IU/l.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. clinically significant systemic disease such as renal failure; 2. documented ovarian failure; 3. endometriosis grade 3 or higher; 4. any contraindications to ovarian stimulation treatment.
