Interventions

No gastric retention group:Smaller eating, no gastric retention after vomiting or(and) gastrointestinal decompression, the stomach contents is less than 200ml
gastric retention group:large amount of eating, the effect of vomiting or(and) gastrointestinal decompression is not good, the stomach contents is more than 200ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the Atlanta new classification criteria for patients with acute pancreatitis (2012 revision); 2. Patients was admitted to hospital within 48h after pain onset

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy or postpartum pancreatitis; 2. patients with mental disorders; 3. patients who were reluctant to participate in the research.
