Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The dystonia patients results from kinds of pathogenic factors before and after birth; 2. aged 2-12 years old; 3. normal or nearly normal intelligence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary dystonia, such as dopamine dopamine responsive dystonia, the dystonia caused by hepatolenticular degeneration,HLD,ect; 2. Other factors leading to dystonia,such as drugs, toxicity, ect. 3. Without any medications in the past three months.
