Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. SAA: less than 30% of bone marrow cells (except lymphocytes), neutrophil absolute value < 500/ml, platelet count<20000/ml, reticulocyte absolute value < 60000/ml; 2. Aged 16 years and more; 3. more than 50 kg weight.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fan Keni anemia; 2. with MDS associated cytogenetic abnormalities; 3. Flow cytometry detection PNH clone is more than 10%; 4. patients with cirrhosis; 5. for TPO allergies; 6. patients with cancer, or taking affect TPO curative effect of the chemotherapy patients.
