Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients were diagnosed with tuberous sclerosis complex and refractory seizures with the age between 1m-18 years. Gender is not confined.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal findings in routine blood test and liver and renal fnction examinations.Congenital immunodeficiency.
