18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged >18 years; 2) Patients were diagnosed with histologically confirmed lung adenocarcinoma (Stage I-IIIA); 3) Patients harboring with EGFR wild type (over 98% NSCLC Pts are tested for EGFR mutations in our center); 4) ECOG status 0-2; 5) Patients have sufficient FFPE or fresh tissue available for HER-2/HER-4 mutations screening and validation; 6) DNA extracted from FFPE or fresh tissue was qualified for DNA sequencing; 7) The demongraphic data, including age, gender, smoking status, histological type and disease stage, are available for analysis; 8) Patients did not receive any therapy before operation or biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other toumors; 2) Patients with other severe diseases, such as infectious diseases (viral hepatitis, HIV, etc); 3) Pregnant woman should be excluded; 4) Patients with severe mental illness that can not sign informed consent.
