Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of SAP was based on clinical findings, biochemical parameters, and CTSI as according to revision of the Atlanta classificatioor CTSI >=7/APACHE II score >=8; 2. Acute fluid collection can be identified by CT scan,and percutaneous drainage could be guided by ultrasound or CT; 3. Aged from 18 to 64 years; 4. The hospital ethics committee approve the protocol,also all patients provide written informed consent before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mild severe pancreatitis; 2. Previous exploratory laparotomy for acute abdomen and intraoperative diagnosis of pancreatitis; 3. Combined malignant disease; 4. Pregnant female; 5. Patients with psychiatric or refuse to cooperate.
