Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants age 18-50 years (both female and male) will be included in this study. Normal weight subjects are required to have a BMI from 18.5 to 23.9, while obese subjects are required to have a BMI>=28.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects will be excluded from this study if they present with diabetes, hyperglycemia, hypertension, high levels of triglycerides or cholesterol, if they have a history of metabolic diseases, genetic diseases, neurological disorders. They will be evaluated with the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS). A cutoff score of 9 was applied to each scale of the HADS. Pregnant women are excluded in this study.
