18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years old; 2. Patients with gallbladder stones; 3. patients will undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 4. patients signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. >20 g per day in men and 10 g per day in women; 2. Patients with positive hepatitis B surface antigen, antibody against hepatitis C virus and antinuclear antibody titre >1/160; 3. Patients had autoimmune or genetically induced (hemochromatosis, Wilson's disease or a1-antitrypsin de?ciency) liver disease; 4. injection drug users.
