Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between the ages of 50-75 years; 2. Clear diagnosis for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;Required line of fiberoptic Bronchoscopy should be all of the following criteria to be met in groups: (1) Patients between the ages of 50-75 years; (2) Clear diagnosis for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (3) Diagnosis by the doctor really needed branchofiberoscopy; Health of all of the following criteria to be met in groups: 1. The health physical examination including blood routine is no exception abnormal liver and kidney function are not significantly, ECG, ultrasound of the abdomen without obvious exceptionin Hospital Medical Center; 2. Chest CT is not significant anomalies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Halo blood, patients with acupuncture related dizziness, mental, psychological disorders; 2. Congenital or acquired immunodeficiency; 3. Autoimmune diseases; 4. Bronchiectasis, asthma, active tuberculosis, tumor; 5. Severe heart failure, serious arrhythmias, frequent angina, liver and kidney disease, diabetes or other complications; 6. Use of antibiotics or immunosuppressive drugs, immunomodulatory agents or hormone recently; 7. Allergic to anesthetics, and incompatible with branchofiberoscope examine; 8. Serious barriers resulting from blood coagulation quality control bleeding; 9. Aortic aneurysm rupture risk.
