Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Proband and his pedigrees(Proband:DNA diagnosis shows the CAG repeat number of the first exon of Androgen receptor is more than 35); 2. Subjects with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sebjuect with severe hemodynamic instability; 2. Sebjuect without informed consent
