40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female outpatients aged 40 to 90 years; 2. Non-smokers or smoking cestion for at least 1 year; 3. Stable COPD patients with smoking history over than 20 pack-years, who are newly diagnosed or untreated (free inhaled corticosteroid for at least 3months); 4. OSA patients without continuous positive airway pressure treatment for at least 6months; 5. Agree to attend study sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical history of allergic rhinitis, eczema, or asthma; 2. Clinically overt bronchiectasis, lung cancer, active tuberculosis, or other known specific pulmonary disease with chest X-ray indicating diagnosis other than COPD that might interfere with the study; 3. Suspected or proven thromboemolic diseases, such as cerebral or myocardial infaction, pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, etc.; 4. History of acute exacerbation of COPD in previous year; 5. Patients had lower respiratory tract infections or received temic steroid 4 weeks prior to the commencement of study.
