Low BMI group (BMI less than 25):intrathecal ropivacaine
middle BMI group (BMI 25 to 30):intrathecal ropivacaine
High BMI group (BMI more than 30):intrathecal ropivacaine

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASAI,II; singleton pregnancy; aged between 18 and 40 yr; gestational age of more than 37 completedweeks undergoing elective cesarean delivery; Less than two previous cesarean deliveries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: significant medical or obstetric morbidityplacenta previa, andcongenital anomaly excluded if they have cardiorespiratory, renal or hepatic dysfunction. If they receive medications known to affect anesthetic requirements or allergy.
