Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AGI I level: gastrointestinal symptoms often occur in the body through a strike (such as surgery, shock, etc.), after has the characteristics of transient and self-limited; AGI II level: usually happened without intervention in the gastrointestinal tract, on the basis of abdominal surgery or when caused by gastrointestinal complications more serious than expected; AGI III level: to give intervention treatment, gastrointestinal function is still not be recovered, the overall situation did not improve, resulting in progressive deterioration MODS; AGI IV level: patients general situation has deteriorated, with remote organ dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Does not conform to the standard of the patients
