Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Mainly clinical manifestations including fever and respiratory symptoms; 2. Laboratory pathogen detection confirmed outpatient or hospitalization patients with infectious diseases, such as SARS, influenza H1N1, seasonal influenza, and AIDS combined respiratory opportunistic infections (upper respiratoryinfection, bacterial and viral pneumonia), pneumonic plague, pulmonary anthrax; clinical occur with fever and respiratory symptoms syndrome infectious performance characteristics and diagnosis of new onset and outbreaks of infectious diseases outpatient or hospitalization patients; 3. Voluntarily participated in the study, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as tuberculosis, measles and AIDS with pulmonary cryptosporidiosis caused fever with respiratory symptoms of infectious diseases; 2. Pregnant women or puerperal women; 3. Mentally ill, or not co-operate or unwilling collaborators; 4. Nearly three months to participate in other test.
