18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: stroke patient (within 14 days after stroke): -Age more than 18 years old; -Having signed the consent form, could cooperate with the physician to finish the examination and complete the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients who had been complicated with the other fatal somatologic diseases, with the expected life expectancy less than 12 months; -Patients who had severe communication disorders (such as, aphasia and dementia) or the other diseases affecting the evaluation of curative effect; -Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage or cerebral venous sinus thrombosis; -Patients with mRS >=2 before developing stroke; -Patients whom the researcher thinks are not suitable to take part in this clinical study.
