Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: auto-HSCT 1. Patients with de novel AML(18-60 years) in favorable and intermediate-risk group; 2. Peripheral blood stem cell harvesting was started when included patients reached CR1 and MRD level was less than 0.1% after 1 to 2 courses of induction therapy and at least 2-4 courses of consolidation therapy including high-doses Ara-C; 3. ECOG=0,1; Allo-HSCT: 1. AML patients, (0.1% or >CR1; 2. Allogenic donor is available,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aotu-HSCT: 1. Secondary AML, >60 years old; 2. AML 1.relapsed and refractory AML.2.ECOG >=2. 3. to reach CR1 with more than 2 courses of induction; 4. >CR1 or MRD level >0.1% (including RQ-PCR test ); 5. ECOG >=2. All0-HSCT: 1. relapsed and refractory AML; 2. ECOG >=2.
