Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. acute leukemia patient according to 2008 WHO criteria; 2. Aged younger than 60 years old; 3. Physical score 0~2(WHO); 4. Sign the informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. contraindication of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, e.g. uncontrolled active infection and severe cardiac, hepatic, renal and pulmonary disease; 2. Pregnant; 3. Mental disorder; 4. Physical score>3(WHO); 5. Cann't sign the informed consent document.
