18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Labouring term parturients admitted to the delivery suite will be recruited if they satisfied all the following criteria: (1) ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status classification I or II patients; (2) Gestation between 36 and 41 weeks; (3) No fetal abnormality such as intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR); (4) No maternal cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease; (5) No contraindications to neuraxial anaesthesia; and (6) Consented to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those not fulfilling the inclusion criteria.
