Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hematologic malignancies to WHO criteria; 2. Aged 14 to 55 years old; 3. Severe steroid-refractory acute GVHD to Seattle criteria; 4. Sign the informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled active infection and severe cardiac, hepatic, renal and pulmonary disease; 2. Pregnant; 3. Mental disorder; 4. Cann't sign the informed consent document.
