Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. hematologic malignanciesto WHO criteria' 2. Aged from 14 years to 55 years old; 3. Physical score 0~2(WHO); 4. Sign the informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contradiction of HSCT, e.g. uncontrolled active infection and severe cardiac, hepatic, renal and pulmonary disease; 2. Pregnant; 3. Mental disorder; 4. Physical score>3(WHO); 5. Cann't sign the informed consent document.
