2 Years to 3 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age=16; 2. Physical and mental development is normal; 3. Phild with dental caries, dft>=5; lower incisors are free of caries, the number of decayed primary molars and upper incisors are more than one.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have concomitant systemic diseases or hereditary disease; 2. Have systemic antibiotics or topical fluoridization two weeks before taking samples; 3. Have Systematic general medical history; 4. Have macroscopic enamel hypoplasia and dentinogenesis imperfecta in primary dentition; 5. The number of obturators in oral cavity>=2.
