Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Regular oral aspirin > 100mg, qd >2 weeks routinely in hypertension patients; 2. Regular oral aspirin > 100mg, qd >2 weeks routinely in patients with hypertension or hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) lack of age fifty years or more than 100 years old; 2) pregnancy or lactation women; 3) the existence of anticoagulant therapy contraindications; 4) always did large surgery; 5) cancer or other diseases reduce the expected life; 6) not control infection or sepsis; 7) cardiopulmonary liver and kidney and other organs serious diseases; 8) at the same time to accept other anticoagulation and antiplatelet drugs, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and so on influence of platelet function drugs.
