Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 30 women undergoing salpingectomy due to gross hydrosalpinx are to be recruited from the Assisted Reproduction Technology unit in the Prince of Wales Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with history of tubal surgery; 2. Patient with polycystic ovarian syndrome; 3. Absent of one ovary; 4. Previous ovarian surgery or ovarian surgery in same OT; 5. Refuse or incompetence for informed consent.
