18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with the downstream valve replacement surgery of cardiopulmonary bypass; (2) >=18 years of age; (3) signed the informed consent; (4) preoperative coagulation function was normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) preoperative liver and kidney dysfunction; (2) long-term malnutrition and malignancy; (3) accepted surgery in past recent; (4) surgery one week prior to the use of heparin and aspirin, clopidogrel, warfarin, ticlopidine anticoagulant; (5) history of long-term use of hormone.
