Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the patients who were taken metformin during pregnany because of polycystic ovary syndrome or Gestational Diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy with thyroid disease; patients who were suffer from hypertension, diabetes mellitus or genetic disorder hereditary disease.
