8 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with de novel AML in favorable and intermediate-risk group younger than 60 years old; 2. Peripheral blood stem cell harvesting was started if patients reached CR1 and MRD level was less than 0.1% without LAIPs after 1 to 2 courses of induction therapy and at least 2-3 courses of consolidation therapy including high-doses Ara-C; 3. ECOG=0,1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary AML, >60 years old; 2.AML in high-risk cytogenetic group; 3. to reach CR1 with more than 2 courses of induction; 4. >CR1 or MRD level >0.1% (including RQ-PCR test )and with FCM-LAIPs; 5.ECOG >=2.
