Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gastric cancer was diagnosed based on imaging studies and Pathology; TNM Stage of tumor was III or IV; Standard surgery and postoperative chemotherapy; No acute and severe complications including bleeding,obstruction; More than 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refused to participation; Primary tumor without in the stomach;Death within perioperative period; Autoimmune diseases; Severe allergic or adverse reaction.
