Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. More than 18 years old; 2. Preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to confirm the popliteal cyst.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The recurrent popliteal cyst undergoned a previous conventional surgical procedure; 2. The researchers can not be tolerated operation with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal diseases; 3. Being a volunteer to participated another clinical trial; 4. The researchers consider other reasons to exclude the unsuitable patients.
