Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. hematologic malignanciesto WHO criteria; 2. Age: less than 60 years old; 3. Physical score 0~2 (WHO); 4. Sign the informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged above 60 years; 2. Contradiction of HSCT, e.g. uncontrolled active infection and severe cardiac, hepatic, renal and pulmonary disease; 3. Pregnant; 4. Mental disorder; 5. Physical score>3 (WHO); 6. Cann't sign the informed consent document.
