18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Limited colorectal cancer proven by histopathology; 2. General state of health: ECOG 0-1 grade, life expectancy>=6 months; 3. Age: 18-75 years, male or female; 4. Without any chemotherapy; 5. Without any radiotherapy; 6. Subjects meet the following criteria for the clinical laboratory: HBALC=100g/L, WBC>=3.5*10^9/L, neutrophilic leukocyte>=1.5*10^9, PLT 100*10^9/L, CR<=1.5*N, TB<=2.5*N, AST and ALT<=2.5*N, AKP<=2.5*N; 7. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients ask to quit; 2. The patients are out of following up by other reasons; 3. Adverse reactions beyond IV degree toxicity, can not be reversed by symptomatic treatment; 4. Patients can't cooperate or complete blood glucose monitoring.
