14 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) newly diagnosed AML patients with a positive t(8;21) cytogenetic result or RUX1/RUX1T1 transcripts; (2) between 14 and 60-years-old; (3) in first complete remission (CR1); (4) no contraindications to consolidation chemotherapy or HSCT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) relapsed AML patients with a positive t(8;21) cytogenetic result or RUX1/RUX1T1 transcripts; (2) less than 14 or more than 60-years-old; (3) in first complete remission (CR1); (4) no contraindications to consolidation chemotherapy or HSCT.
