Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The normal group: 1. No heart disease, such as valvular disease, myocarditis, arrhythmia, no history of organic disease and mental illness; 2. Recent without receiving beta blockers, influence of rhythm of the heart drug digitalis; 3. No thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, blood coagulation disorders; 4. No acupuncture treatment in a month, have no fear of acupuncture, can cooperate with the experiment; 5. Have exams in a week; 6. According to the evaluation of Sarason test anxiety scale,score < 12; The anxiety group: In addition to the normal group (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) of the criteria, score of evaluation of Sarason test anxiety scale is between 12 to 20; And Pre-exam nerves state for more than 24 h failed to ease; And Consistent with acute stress disorder diagnostic criteria: 1. Unusual stress life events were happened before morbidity, and there is no other effects of mental disorders; 2. Symptoms appear and emergency source there should be a clear contact on the event. General for a few minutes to come on inside a few hours; 3. Though a large clinical phase variability, but can be classified into two states-athletic spirit suppression and athletic spirit of excitement. This study to the latter as the research object, namely the patients with emotion and fear of the autonomic nervous system symptoms; 4. Exclusion criteria
