Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. healthy volunteers who comply with one of the four common biased constitution: yin-deficiency constitution, yang-deficiency constitution, damp-heat constitution and qi-deficiency constitution; 2. Male and female aged 18 to 60; 3. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. not complying with the diagnostic criteria of healthy individuals; 2. living with a serious adverse life-style; 3. with any infection in recent four weeks; 4. Male and female aged 60; 5. pregnant and lactating women,or volunteers who are allergic to investigational product; 6. subjects who are taking part in other drugs clinical trials; 7. not signing informed consent; 8. volunteers whom researchers believe not suitable for the clinical trail with other reasons; 9. with family hereditary diseases.
