18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteered as subjects and signed informed consent; 2. The patient is 18 to 70-year-old; 3. It is UICC stage for Phase II - IV b of the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 4. an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status (PS) two or less; 5. Histopathology or cytology to confirm the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 6. Patients is first treatment process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy, breast-feeding women; (2) People was supersensitivity or metabolic block of Platinum drugs and 5-FU; (3) People have other malignant tumor; (4) Patients had serious alteration in hematologic, renal, hepatic functions and Mental illness; (5) Participation in other clinical trials; (6) The researchers believe that the other condition to lead to that they don't fit into the group.
