Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases accord with first or relapse cerebrovascular disease diagnosis standard which is concomitant with dysfunction, including cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and subaracnoid hemorrhage; 2. be over 18 years old; 3. patients or their family members signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not meet the first or relapse cerebrovascular disease diagnosis standard; 2. less than 18 years old; 3. patients or their family members did not sign the informed consent form.
