Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-60-year old men and women; (2) 102.6 umol/L < CB < 205.2 umol/L, 171 umol/L < TB < 342 umol/L, and 50% < CB/TB < 70%; (3) positive urine bilirubin, negative urobilinogen; (4) 40 U/L <=ALT <200 U/L, 40 U/L <=AST < 200 U/L; (5) 200 U/L < ALP <800 U/L, 100 U/L < GGT <800 U/L; (6) 300g/L < LP-X < 800g/L; (7) imaging examinations(B ultrasonic, CT, MRI and MRCP)show that cholangiectasis near the obstruction; (8) be willing to take the risk of this trial, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) jaundice of special causes: hemolytic jaundice, hepatocellular jaundice and congenital nonhemolytic jaundice; (2) patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and hemopoietic systerm diseases; (3) patients with tumour; (4) women in gestation period or lactation period; (5) patients can not cooperate, suffer from spirituality diseases, acrasia and unrefinement; (6) patients join in the other clinical trials.
