Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 and 65 years old male or female; 2. Patients according with the diagnostic standard of MDD in DSM-IV; 3. Patients who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with orther psychiatric disorders; 2. Patients with thyroid disorders or pituitary diseases; 3. Patients who are now using antidepressants or have used antidepressants last two weeks.
