Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with chronic hepatitis B history of more than one year, retrospectively collected patients in our hospital with moderate chronic hepatitis B, chronic hepatitis B with severe liver cirrhosis, liver failure, even developed to the hepatocellular carcinoma, Including disease condition progress from light to heavy and even hepatic decompensation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If the patient does not meet the inclusion criteria, or observed in any conditions of the following were excluded from enrollment: (1) combined hepatitis C virus, Drug-induced hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, HIV or other viruses infection; (2) with the remaining hereditary or secondary liver disease; (3) with severe medical illnes.
