18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. adult patient between 18 and 65 years old; 2. the patients suffered from valvular heart disease and scheduled to valve replacement surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass; 3. NYHA: I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have the following complications before surgery A. organ dysfunction, such as heart, brain, liver and kidney; B. pulmonary hypertension; C. chronic bronchitis; D. pulmonary infectious diseases; E. other pulmonary disease, such as emphysema; F. systemic inflammatory response syndrome, such as dissecting aneurysm. 2) redo cardiosurgery; 3) anesthetic and surgical accidents in orperation room; 4) hemorrhoea post surgery, which induces transfusion RBC over than 5IU; 5) re-exploration for hemostasis after surgery; 6) the patient who is unwilling to take part in the research.
