Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: by obseravation the change of sIgA in bile and serum, and pIgR on intestinal mucosa in obstructive jaundice patients, learning the relationship between sIgA and obstructive jaundice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who clinically diagnosed as obstructive jaundice or gall stone needs to accept ERCP operation 1. systemic immunological disease history; 2. familial inherited disease history; 3. hepatocirrhosis;4.sclerotic cholangitis; 5. inflammatory bowl disease; 6. chronic pancreatic.
