Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 1-18 yr; 2. patients who received HSCT between June of 2000 and December of 2010; 3. patients with high risk acute leukemia; 4. Consent form signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. less than 1 yr or more than 18 yr; 2. low risk or intermediate acute leukemia; 3. uncontrolled infections or organ dysfunction; 4. unconsentness
