Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical and ultrasound diagnosis of ADPKD; 2. GFR >=30 ml/min (CKD-EPI formula); 3. Do not enroll in other clinical trials within one month before screen; 4. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. GFR <30 ml/min (CKD-EPI formula); 2. Complications with congestive heart failure (NYHA grade II-IV), unstable angina, myocardial infarction or thromboembolic disease; 3. Cancer,diseases of blood system,active hemorrhage; 4. Active peptic ulcer, chronic abdominal pain or chronic diarrhea; 5. Drug or alcohol abuse, Psychiatric disorders and any condition that might prevent full comprehension of the purposes and risks of the study; 6. Pregnancy, lactation or child bearing potential and ineffective contraception; 7. Attending other clinical trials.
