Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with suspected Lacunar Infarction or others among 40-85 years old in outpatients department of brain, and agreement with the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. 20mm infarction; 5. Perivascular space; 6. Multiple sclerosis.
