Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Accord with stroke in TCM diagnosis standard; 2. Consistent with acute ischemic stroke in Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis standard; 3. Consistent with ischemic bulbar paralysis diagnosis standard; 4. At the age of 40-75 years old; 5. Duration > 30 days; 6. The standard swallowing function evaluation (SSA) scale suggest that moderate or severe in dysphagia; 7. Clear consciousness and stable life signs; 8. No other neurological disorders; 9. Informed consent and signed the form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Can cause dysphagia primary diseases of the nervous system or other system disease; 2. With complete motor aphasia, sensory aphasia; 3. Mental retardation, mental symptoms cannot cooperate with treatment; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Combined with liver and kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, severe primary disease and mental disease patients; 6. Take part in other clinical trials.
