Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients agree to take part in a clinical trial and voluntarily accept follow-up; 2. The breast focus less or equal to 1.0 cm detected by type B ultrasound in the patients over 35 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the focus have surgical resection and get pathology.
