Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient with unstable angina or acute myocardial infarction; 2. 18-year old or above; 3. The levels of LDL less than 100mg/dl lasting for at least one month after 3-6 months statin therapy(but not more than six months of screening); 4. All participants gave written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with familial hypercholesterolemia; 2. severe hepatic and kidney dysfunction; 3. pregnancy; 4. Be concomitant with malignant disease, life expectancy is less than 2 years; 5. Be allergic to statins.
