18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients age 18-752.WFNS grade IV and V; 3. Spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrage diagnosed on images or lumbar puncture4.Intracranial aneurysms diagnosed on DSA, CTA, MRA or surgical treatments, which caused the aSAH; 5. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent and accept follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. WFNS grade III and less; 2. Patients who have undegone aneurysms endovascular clipping or micsurgical coiling; 3. Unclear intracranial aneurysmal SAH; 4. Intracranial hemotomas without cerebral aneurysms; 5. Life expectancy less than one year,parients associated with serious nonneurological diseases; 6. Pregnancy or lactating.
