Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis of chronic heart failure; 2. The Precipitants of Hospitalization for Chronic Heart Failure; 3. NYHA cardiac functional classification: II-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris; 2. End-stage heart failure; 3. Pulmonary heart disease; 4. With severe damage to liver with Serum ALT above normal of the two times, and kidney function with serum creatine level above 178 umol/L; 5. With malignant tumors, blood, digestive, endocrine or nervous systems, and other serious illnesses.
