18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to make them selves available for the period of the study; 2. Meet the diagnosis for Sudden deafness; 3. Aged between 18 and65 years, lasting within 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Caused by external ear diseases (eg: ding ning or Foreign matters), internal ear disease (eg: Auditory nerve lump, Ménière disease, Window membrane breakage, Suppurative labyrinthitis or own immunity otopathy) or Otoxicity medicine; 2. Caused by Main center pathological change, for example: Blood vessel of brain accident, blood or vessel diseases, Syphilis,etc.; 3. Take dosage irregularly or data lose; 4. Aged less than 18 or more than 65 years, including Pregnancy and Nursing women.
